Asharqia Chamber presents you with its best greetings, and would like to inform you of receiving the letter of the Council of Saudi Chambers No. (2714) dated 2/11 / 1439, which referred to the letter of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment No. (53467) dated (27/10/1439) concerning the Ministry's preparations for the pilgrimage season this year. It was decided to start receiving applications for those who are willing to obtain permits for stationary refrigerators (40 feet) and motor vehicles loaded with foodstuffs, water, juices and refreshments in order to provide these services in the holy places.
The applications should be done through the Ministry's website as of Sunday (2/11 / 1439H) corresponding to (15/7/2018).
Institutions, companies and factories, who are willing to participate in the pilgrimage season of this year 1439, should review the conditions and requirements that must be provided by the participants to provide the ration service, and complete the data for participation through the Ministry's website.
It is noteworthy to know that the last date for registration and acceptance of applications for participation is at the end of Sunday (1/12 / 1439) corresponding to (12/8/2018).
